How a multinational programme runs with us.

What you can expect before you sign, and how responsibility is divided once you have.

← Multinationals

Before you commit

A 45-minute consultation. Then a discovery and fit-gap workshop on your own processes, at group level and in the pilot country. You receive a written fit-gap and a phased plan before a programme is agreed.

Who does what

A group programme lead accountable for the plan and the template. Regional delivery leads in the time zone of the entities they serve. Local consultants for tax, payroll and bank mappings. Group finance owns the template; each country controller owns local rules.

Contracting

One programme plan. Each local entity contracts with the Software Dynamics company that serves it: Software Dynamics Limited in Kenya, Software Dynamics SA (Pty) Ltd in South Africa, and Software Dynamics Group Pty Ltd in Australia. Contracting for Europe and the UAE is agreed per engagement.

Where our teams sit

Our entities are in three time zones: Nairobi (UTC+3), Johannesburg (UTC+2) and Victoria, Australia (UTC+10 or +11). Together they overlap working hours with Europe, the UAE, Africa and Australia, which lets us hand a day over rather than wait on it. We deliver remotely, with on-site workshops at key milestones.

After go-live

A single support model with tiers and response times in the Client Portal, scheduled optimisation reviews, and a release calendar for Microsoft's twice-yearly waves.

How an engagement runs

It starts with a 45-minute consultation, then a discovery and fit-gap workshop on your own processes. You receive a written fit-gap and a phased plan before a programme is agreed. Four phases follow, each with something you can use and review.

01

Discover

Process workshops, data audit, and a fit-gap against the standard product.

02

Design

Solution blueprint, integration map, and the extensions we will actually need.

03

Deploy

Configuration, migration rehearsal, role-based training, UAT and phased cutover.

04

Support

Hypercare, managed services, client portal, scheduled optimisation reviews.

What drives the cost: users, legal entities and currencies, integrations, data migration and the gaps found against standard. See how pricing works or run the three-minute readiness score.

Frequently asked questions

Can one team support the whole group?

Yes, through one programme plan and a support model with local escalation. Where a local entity needs on-site presence, we agree it per milestone.

What if we need a local language?

We deliver in English. Statutory documents and user interfaces in other languages are scoped in discovery.
