Multinationals Multinationals · Compliance

E-invoicing and tax compliance across jurisdictions.

More authorities now require the invoice, or its data, to be submitted at the moment of sale. The design question is whether the ledger and the authority ever disagree.

The design question

Many integrations bolt a signing tool beside the ledger and reconcile later. The ledger then holds invoices the authority has never seen, and the authority holds invoices the ledger never booked. A better design puts submission inside posting: a document the authority has not accepted does not become a ledger fact.

What DigiTaxFlow 365 does

DigiTaxFlow 365 submits the invoice from inside posting on Business Central or Finance & Operations. Credit and debit notes link to the original, retail receipts queue offline and send on reconnect, and a submission report replaces the month-end spreadsheet.

Where the mandates are

The product page lists the countries where a business must send the invoice, or its data, to a named government platform, across Africa, the UAE and Europe. Dates, thresholds and exemptions belong to each authority; we read them with you before a connector is switched on.

How we confirm requirements

Where a country's mandate is not yet one we have a connector for, we scope it with you. Certification and approval status is confirmed with you and the authority, and the evidence is recorded in the project file. See the region pages for the specific position.

How an engagement runs

It starts with a 45-minute consultation, then a discovery and fit-gap workshop on your own processes. You receive a written fit-gap and a phased plan before a programme is agreed. Four phases follow, each with something you can use and review.

01

Discover

Process workshops, data audit, and a fit-gap against the standard product.

02

Design

Solution blueprint, integration map, and the extensions we will actually need.

03

Deploy

Configuration, migration rehearsal, role-based training, UAT and phased cutover.

04

Support

Hypercare, managed services, client portal, scheduled optimisation reviews.

What drives the cost: users, legal entities and currencies, integrations, data migration and the gaps found against standard. See how pricing works or run the three-minute readiness score.

Frequently asked questions

Does DigiTaxFlow 365 cover every country?

It lists the authorities named on its product page. A mandate not yet in force is not listed. We scope anything else with you.

What about the Peppol network?

Peppol is a different network. We integrate Business Central with an accredited access point where Peppol is required rather than claim a Peppol product of our own.

General information, not tax, legal or accounting advice. Mandates, rates, thresholds and dates differ by country and change; confirm the current position with the relevant authority and your advisers before relying on it.
