Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the United States.

US businesses run on Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management and Business Central, and the gains now come from automation: invoices that match themselves, approvals that route in Teams, payroll that posts by dimension and agents that handle the repetitive work.

What we bring to the US market

Four of our Dynamics 365 products support the US market, each built on Business Central or Finance & Operations and posting to the same ledger as the rest of the business.

PayrollFlow 365: a global, parameter-driven payroll that supports US payroll, posted to the ledger by department, cost centre and project
DisbursementFlow 365: our universal disbursement gateway, with maker-checker payment batches and bank file formats mapped per bank
FleetFlow 365: fleet management inside Dynamics 365, from vehicle and driver records to cost per asset
FulfillmentFlow 365: fulfillment management for marketplace and direct orders, with settlements imported and posted

Where US businesses automate first

The main opportunities sit in four areas: financial workflows, supply chain and inventory, human resources and payroll, and the integration of ERP data into Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. The full list is on our US automation page.

Invoice capture, matching and approval routing
Demand forecasting, replenishment and predictive maintenance
Employee lifecycle, time and expense automation
Power Automate, Teams, Copilot and AI agents on ERP data

For groups with a US entity

A US entity can run on the group chart and dimensions, with the US layer carrying payroll, bank formats and tax treatment. Intercompany and consolidation to a parent outside the US follow the same design as every other entity.

US entity on the shared group template
Payroll for the US entity on the same core as every other country in the group
One payments model across entities and banks
Consolidation and intercompany that agree as they post

How we deliver

We deliver to the US from our teams in Nairobi, Johannesburg and Victoria, Australia, with pre-built templates and Accelerators and on-site workshops at key milestones. Working hours overlap the US morning from our Nairobi and Johannesburg teams, and our Victoria team covers the US evening.

What a rollout in United States includes

Every regional rollout covers the same set of local-layer topics, each configured on the group template and confirmed with you and your local advisers.

Tax: indirect tax treatment, returns and any real-time or periodic e-invoicing submission
Payroll: statutory deductions, contributions and calendars as parameters, with ledger posting by dimension
Banking: local bank file formats, payment approvals and statement import
Data protection: access control, retention and processing agreements under local law
Reporting: statutory and group reporting, with translation to the parent's currency and standards
Language and calendar: local-language documents and fiscal-period handling where they differ

How an engagement runs

It starts with a 45-minute consultation, then a discovery and fit-gap workshop on your own processes. You receive a written fit-gap and a phased plan before a programme is agreed. Four phases follow, each with something you can use and review.

01

Discover

Process workshops, data audit, and a fit-gap against the standard product.

02

Design

Solution blueprint, integration map, and the extensions we will actually need.

03

Deploy

Configuration, migration rehearsal, role-based training, UAT and phased cutover.

04

Support

Hypercare, managed services, client portal, scheduled optimisation reviews.

What drives the cost: users, legal entities and currencies, integrations, data migration and the gaps found against standard. See how pricing works or run the three-minute readiness score.
