PayrollFlow 365 is a global, parameter-driven payroll on Finance & Operations or Business Central: bands, rates, contributions, reliefs and calendars are parameters, so any country can run on the same core. We publish and maintain statutory content for Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa, and the product supports Australian payroll; for other countries we set the parameters with you and your local adviser, and scope country-specific filing outputs such as authority returns and bank formats. Every pay run posts to the group ledger by dimension, so labour cost is consistent across entities.

DisbursementFlow 365 pays vendors and employees through any bank, with bank connection profiles, account validation, maker-checker batch approval and ISO 20022 pain.001 files, and a status log that cannot be edited.

Can you produce bank files for local banks?
Yes. Bank files and connection profiles are configured per bank in the Design phase.
Is payroll available for Australia, Europe or the UAE?
Yes. PayrollFlow 365 supports Australian payroll, and Europe and the UAE are set up as parameters on the same core with you and your adviser. Country-specific filing outputs (for example WPS files in the UAE) are scoped per country, and where you already run a local payroll product we can integrate it and post to the ledger instead.
