ERP for international NGOs and development organisations.

One head office, field offices in several countries, several institutional donors, and a funder-ready report from the same ledger.

← Multinationals

What good looks like

A grant-aware ledger carries each funder's structure and produces its report without re-keying, while procurement controls and an audit trail satisfy donors and auditors.

Grant agreements and budget lines held in the system
Expenditure controlled at commitment, against the remaining grant budget
A report per funder from one ledger
Procurement with approval limits and an audit trail
Field-office payroll and payments in local currency under group controls

What we put in

Business Central with Software Dynamics products for grants, procurement, payroll and payments.

GrantFlow 365: grants, budgets and funder reporting
ProcurementFlow 365: requisition to purchase order with a full approval trail
PayrollFlow 365: parameter-driven payroll with GL posting by programme
DisbursementFlow 365: maker-checker payments through any bank
Power BI dashboards by programme, funder and country

How a group programme runs

We start with the most reporting-intensive funder and one field office.

Discover: funder requirements, field-office workflow and a written fit-gap
Design: grant and budget structure, dimensions (programme, funder, country), approvals and reports
Pilot: one field office and one funder live through a reporting cycle
Waves: further offices and funders, reusing the grant templates
Support: reporting changes as configuration, with release-wave testing

Funder-ready reporting

Funders ask for spend by budget line, programme and period, in their own format and with procurement evidence. Dimensions and grant structures carry the funder's view, so each report is a configuration of the same data. The funder reporting blueprint sets out the design on one page.

Field offices

Connectivity, local banking and local statutory payroll vary by country. We design offline-tolerant capture where it matters and configure local payroll and bank formats per office on the group template.

How an engagement runs

It starts with a 45-minute consultation, then a discovery and fit-gap workshop on your own processes. You receive a written fit-gap and a phased plan before a programme is agreed. Four phases follow, each with something you can use and review.

01

Discover

Process workshops, data audit, and a fit-gap against the standard product.

02

Design

Solution blueprint, integration map, and the extensions we will actually need.

03

Deploy

Configuration, migration rehearsal, role-based training, UAT and phased cutover.

04

Support

Hypercare, managed services, client portal, scheduled optimisation reviews.

What drives the cost: users, legal entities and currencies, integrations, data migration and the gaps found against standard. See how pricing works or run the three-minute readiness score.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer non-profit licensing?

Microsoft offers non-profit licensing programmes subject to eligibility. We explain what applies in the quote.

Can we produce different formats for different funders?

Yes. Dimensions and grant structures carry each funder's view, with a report layout per funder.

How are field offices on poor connectivity supported?

We design for intermittent connectivity where it matters and agree the approach per office in Design.

Can the same ledger cover several countries?

Yes. One tenant, separate entities or programmes by country, with local tax, payroll and bank formats on the group template.
