What it adds
HumanResourcesFlow 365 Learning extends the standard Dynamics 365 HR training with mandatory training rules, a connected learning portal, assignment by rule or self-enrolment, manager-approved extensions, and certifications with expiry dates on the employee record.

Rules say who must complete which course, and by when.
A connected learning portal
Courses are published to the portal and sent to HumanResourcesFlow 365 as events.
Assign or self-enrol
Employees are assigned courses by rule or enrol themselves.
Approved extensions
Overdue learners can request an extension, which the manager approves.
Completions come back
Completions and failures come back and update each assignment.
Certifications and expiry
