The design we build
One Dynamics 365 tenant with a group chart of accounts, a dimension model and an approval model that every entity inherits. A local layer per country: tax codes, statutory payroll, bank file formats and tax-authority e-invoicing connectors. The country is a connector, not a new project.
What we have built so the standard product does not stop at a border
Software Dynamics publishes twenty-one products on Dynamics 365. For groups the ones that matter most are tax-authority e-invoicing (DigiTaxFlow 365), global, parameter-driven payroll (PayrollFlow 365), controlled bank payments (DisbursementFlow 365), and public-sector and donor compliance (GovFlow 365, GrantFlow 365).

We have offices in Nairobi, Johannesburg and Victoria, Australia, and deliver across Europe and the UAE with pre-built templates and Accelerators for your country, with on-site workshops at key milestones. Our delivery record spans Africa and Europe.
How an engagement runs
It starts with a 45-minute consultation, then a discovery and fit-gap workshop on your own processes. You receive a written fit-gap and a phased plan before a programme is agreed. Four phases follow, each with something you can use and review.

Do you work with multinationals headquartered outside Africa?
Yes. Many of our engagements are subsidiaries of an international group, or a regional head office reporting to one. We design the translation of chart, currency and calendar so group reporting is repeatable.
Which Dynamics 365 product do you use?
Business Central for many groups; Finance & Operations for groups with many entities, heavy intercompany or regulated reporting. See the platform decision page.
How is the programme contracted?
Under one programme plan, with each local entity contracting with the Software Dynamics company that serves it. We agree the structure in discovery.
