At the till
Tax-authority mandates increasingly require the invoice, or its data, at the moment of sale. DigiTaxFlow 365 submits from inside posting so a receipt the authority has not accepted does not become a ledger fact, and queues offline receipts to send on reconnect.
Across jurisdictions
Each country has its own VAT or sales tax, e-invoicing system, payment methods and statutory payroll. These are configured as the country layer on a group item, price and chart model.
How an engagement runs
It starts with a 45-minute consultation, then a discovery and fit-gap workshop on your own processes. You receive a written fit-gap and a phased plan before a programme is agreed. Four phases follow, each with something you can use and review.

Receipts queue at the till and submit on reconnect, with a submission report that shows anything outstanding.
Which countries does tax e-invoicing cover?
DigiTaxFlow 365's country list covers African, UAE and European authorities. Dates and thresholds belong to each authority, and we confirm them with you before a connector is switched on.
Can promotions be managed centrally?
Yes. Price lists and promotions are configured once at group level and applied by country, channel or store group.
